Intuitive Yoga 14+
Intuitive yoga harnesses the body's intelligence, instinct and free movement. It is less about how it looks on the outside, and more about how it feels on the inside. We use breath and sound to invite the body to profoundly release any kind of tension. Intuitive yoga is about creating space and connecting with our inner power and wisdom.
The classes are adapted in the moment to the energy level, the mood, and the needs of each participant, as well as the time of day and the season. It can be half-active and half-passive. The content of the class is inspired by Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa yoga.

Hatha Yoga is the mother of almost all the types of yoga that we practice today. It is simple and efficient, balancing energy and qualities in every dimension of our being. It is the perfect type of yoga to learn postures and correct alignment, as we take time to enter, hold, and release them. A part of the class is dedicated to learning proper breathing techniques, and to the Sun Salutation. Hatha Yoga focuses on both strengthening and stretching the body in a balanced way.
Yin Yoga is an invitation to slow down. With gentle postures held mainly on the ground, the slow pace allows us to enter normally protected areas of the body, and to release old memories that have taken root. The sensation that ensues is that of a calm inner space, and a renewed sensitivity.
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that can be loosely translated as “Dance of the Gods”. It is a beautiful and fluid style that closely follows the rhythm of the breath. Sequences are intelligently designed to mix strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and grace. Constant presence and surrender to the flow is the state of mind that makes the practice blissful.
