Perinatal Yoga

Fertility Yoga

Fertility yoga is a beautiful and gentle yoga practice that allows you to bring awareness around your cycle and your womb. It helps you to reconnect with your body's wisdom and rhythm.

All women can benefit from it, but especially those who:

  • Have an irrigular cycle

  • Have menstrual anomalies like extreme menstrual cramping, menorrhagia, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, amenorrhea, PCOS, etc.

  • Have difficulty conceiving

  • Have PMS or PMDD

  • Want to know more about their cycle

The asanas (yoga postures) and the pranayamas (breathing techniques) are specifically chosen to bring energy and warmth to the reproductive system. They help with creating physical and emotional space in the lower belly organs. Fertility yoga also uses other tools to promote a fertile ground in your body, like mantras (sacred chants) and mudras (hand gestures). Fertility yoga follows and respects the qualities of each phase of your cycle and the natural ups and downs of energy in the month.

What people are saying

Dominique just gave me the most amazing and relaxing massage experience! She has such a gentle voice and pleasant demeanour.  The room was spacious and cozy warm. She hit every point, from the tips of the toes to the tops of each finger. She communicated well, to make sure her touch was as light or as deep as I needed it to be. I highly recommend Dominique for a perfectly relaxing massage experience
